Enter our event from 22nd street end of Chapline and park in our side lot for quick and easy carry out. 15 minute limit please.

Sample Recipe:
Rizogoulo - Easy Greek Rice Pudding

Ingredients needed:
8 Cups 2% milk
4 Cups water
1 Cup medium grain rice
½ Cup sugar
  1. Place all ingredients in a large heavy kettle and heat to boiling point. Once it boils, lower flame for liquid to simmer. Stir constantly until rice is cooked and liquid thickens.
  2. Place into serving cups. Once poured, liquid will become the consistency of a pudding. Cool and sprinkle with cinnamon on top before serving. 
  3. Process takes approximately 1½ hours  but  worth the wait. Delicious warm or chilled. 
Recipe is fool proof!
